.About this activity:

Make your desert experience in Jaisalmer a special one with this exciting camel safari in Jaisalmer.

You will depart at around 4.30pm from your hotel and then will return after sunset at around 10.30pm on the same day.  It takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the dunes and where your camels will be waiting for you.  You ride your camels and explore the beautiful dunes of Sam Desert.  After the camel ride you will witness one of the most beautiful sunsets and then travel to your campsite.  On your arrival at the campsite you will be welcomed with art-tikka and dhols and enjoy other refreshments like tea, coffee and snacks, while you enjoy the Rajasthani folk dance and music.  During the evenings entertainment you will enjoy a delicious authentic Rajasthani vegetarian buffet dinner.

The evening will end at around 10.30pm when you will be driven back to your hotel with lots of memories.

Things to carry with you:

Long-sleeved shirt, long trousers and suitable shoes eg trainers or walking shoes, if possible.

Sunglasses, sunhat and scarf.  (We don’t recommend that you wear contact lenses as the very fine sane can easily get behind them, please bring your prescription glasses instead).

During the winter a warm jacket or shawl for the evening and early morning.
